Default Can low timers actually get jobs?

This question has been in my head for awhile. As a low time guy myself, can someone with just the mins get on at such a low time? I am talking 250/25 for TSA, comm/multi for PSA and Piedmont?

I am not going to apply now. I was just wondering if people are actually making it to an interview and getting hired with times that low.

yes they do. Check the times on aviationinterviews.com. Most of the better regionals prefer 600- 500/100 like Express Jet, Comair, etc. If you want to stay away from the bottom feeders, just hold out a little longer.

You may be glad you did, or you could pimp the bottom feeders like everyone else then get the hell out of there!!

Surprisingly, COMAIR has made their mins. 1200TT/200ME again. Thats what their website says. I think they were having trouble with training guys.

Nope, it's still 600TT/100ME. I got on last month, but I think they have slowed down hiring as I'm not in class till late August so I think they aren't having much trouble filling them.

Thanks, their website still says 600/100. I think they didnt update one of their pages. If you go to comair.com and click on the jobs section on the right then go to pilots on right, it still has 600/100 posted.

How big of sticklers are comair when it comes to the multi time? Do you think 550/60 would fair well?

I had 601/70, they might give you a chance especially if you have glass experience or prior jet sim experience.
