What's the average age for regional new hires?

Exactly what I was thinking. For all of you who are hopping from regional to regional in 2 years or less, you're clogging up the hiring/training process for everyone else. Knock it off or we'll make you go back to instructing in 172's.

At RAH I was 3rd from the bottom after just turning 24. Oldest was mid-40's. Most guys were around 30ish. I have flown with one captain that was younger than me though and he'd been a captain for about 1.5 years....

Well yeah expressjet is probably one of the top 3 desired regionals to work for, for most people at least. I talked to a guy from there in the terminal the other day who said they're having staffing issues, but I'm sure it's everywhere else. A lot of guys there are getting bigger and better jobs according to him...
