Default So who is still hiring/not furloughing.. ?

I have a buddy who just got a call from Great Lakes. He asked my opinion on it and i wasnt sure what to tell him. Apart from that, who else is still hiring?

LoL I wouldn't turn 'em down given what's happening everywhere else! Besides, it's one of the few places that you can actually feel good about the flying at the end of your ridiculously-long work-day

Go for it!

I think we might still be interviewing at Pinnacle--possibly hiring into a pool at least from what I've heard...I imagine we might run classes if the ATL stuff ends up staying, but that's all speculation and subject to change of course. Despite what might have been said in other venues, I thought our training was great (except maybe the shared hotels in training), and you'd probably avoid the Jet U crowds if we run anymore classes this year due to the increase in experience levels among new hires recently. You'd probably be in class with floughs from Skybus/ATA/Champion/other regionals/etc...lots of hi time guys were coming in towards the end of our last hiring wave. We've got a lotta good people around here in Memphis and we're all hoping and praying for a contract in the future. If you're looking for something send in an app here...got nothing to lose.

Compass is still hiring. Though competitive flight times are pretty high now, I hear. You'll never know unless you apply.

Do they make you guys wear your hats at Compass? I've never seen a CP pilot w/o their hat on. Just wondering.

The GoJets page says they are still hiring. I know nothing about them though.

Tell you buddy to spend the money and pick all the regionals at airlineapps.com and see who calls.

By the way, Lakes is always hiring.

What a waste of money I meet just about all the mins for the regionals there and I have yet to hear from anybody, and this was a few months ago when everyone was hiring. Those looking for a job. Just email your resume to every place you can, now is not the time to think about who is hiring or not, just do it. A little tip, if they have a number for recruiting by the application info, that most likely means they want you to call the number.
