one more reason that ALPA is good; they will protect you and have pilots get paid the right amount to fly a REGIONAL AIRCRAFT!

Every time I fly out of PIT, I LOVE to see the "Petting Zoo" at the end of terminal "B"

This is JUST what the US Regional airlines need, another regional flying 717's for less than 50 seat wages! Just what we all need, but I guess all you Republic guys will be happy to fly the 717, like the ERJ-170/175 for NOTHING, and a crapy contract!

Can't quite tell whether you are serious or not...? Have you checked out the payscales of ALPA Pilots at Mesa, Trans States, GoJet, Pinnacle, etc...?

Not every ALPA Regional Pilot flies for XJet!

Gojet is NOT in ALPA! Yes there are a few airline with bad pay, but Republic pilots are HAPPY with their pay scales and want to fly bigger planes for this crapy pay! PSA was asked to fly the CRJ-900 for their same pay, and they told USAirways to go F-themselves!

Are you on glue? I'm quite sure 717's for Lufthansa was a joke. Thank you also for reminding us that our contract is craptastic but friends and family are being furloughed right now and those negotiations are the last thing anyone is talking about. If you want to rant about a contract why don't you go over to the Mesa thread... but hey... their ALPA

No S**T the 717 was a joke, but you would fly it if asked. Every-time, I'm on a Republic jumpseat; once a week, I am always hearing, "We're getting 190's for USAir" and NO word about a HUGE pay INCREASE!
Everybody is furrowing; and that sucks, but we all still have contacts, so should we all lower the bar even further? NO, we should be raising it, despite what the industry is like now. If you can't pay us, close the doors! Why should we be working for less than what you can make as a manager at any mall?

Post 9/11 contract at RAH. Just sticking with the left columns for 5yr CA pay on the 70-76 seaters.

RAH =$77
Eagle =$73
Comair=$68
Skywest=$69
Mesa=$69
Compass=$70
GoJets=$66
Mesaba=$66
Pinnacle=$69

So where do you work?

Do you know what's being negotiated in our new contract? Since you're so vocal why don't you PM me your name and you won't have to worry about hearing it on our jumpseat anymore.

Someone here's not a thinker.

Does RAH:
get paid for canceled flights?
Trip/Duty RIGS?
Min day?
how do you like flying your 5 day trips?
Grievance protection?
decent vacation?

If you knew ANYTHING about a contract, you would know that pay rates are NOT everything! No you did not list my company, but we do have have a 70+ seat rate which is not posted on APC! and is higher than what you posted for RAH! Go back to flying your RJ

Why so you can "Black List" from your JS?

I just can't sleep so instead of counting sheep, I decided to get on here and have fun with some RAH guys!

I love the ZOO you all have at PIT! Its so cute to taxi past them!
