What's making you so sure that you will credit 1,000 or more in one year?
Always make your calculations based in the minimum guaranteed. Remember, once they introduce a new fleet, lines will be awful for the first 4 to 6 months. They might not have your precious 80 to 90hrs a month, instead 72 to 78hrs.

I'm a realist, and living in the reality of the situation I can completely understand voting NO or YES on this LOA. But vote NO or YES for the right reasons.
Vote NO because you want to stand up for the industry and stop the trend of pay caps and health insurance increases. Don't vote NO because you think you are taking some kind of pay cut, I assure you, you're not.

I hope the PDT pilots have balls and tell the company to go fish. Where are they going to get pilots in this environment. Stand strong and stand together because the reality is the company will have to merge operations to keep everything going as they lose pilots to all the majors hiring.

It's a pay raise for anyone at PDT! So there's no concessions!!! Alligiant and Virgin America should demand delta and American rates!
I'm gonna buy a new car once this is voted in. Extra grand!! I've always dreamed of a BMW.

Amen Reverend. I'm not passing up my opportunity, that's for sure, It may not be perfect but how much different could the end result look. Then we miss our chance, so sorry I'm not that nice. Respect is an intangible benefit to me, my career is not. I appreciate y'all but I think you are dead-ended. I've got to make the right choice for myself. Yes, it is about me, and my co-workers and our future.

I know envoy has a guarantee of x% of new hire slots and AAG hasn't been honoring that.

But that's ok, because we are all wrong. They are just blind and projecting "realistically" as stand now, not in the future. So 100 not flowing, in 5 years means that #280 on the seniority list now will be flowing.
They don't believe that people will not jump from PDT because they are in line for the flow. Ask how many PSA guys are leaving to other places? Most of them are waiting for their interview, or upgrade.
So, at the end is just a hiring and retention tool.

I'm don't have the TA here, but i thought the flow was only 36/yr. am I wrong on that. If not 36x5 is only 180. And if you are unable to attract 180 new hire will they honor the flow at that rate or less?
