When was the last time TSA adhered strictly to the rules? Some believe they are above the law and can do whatever they want in the name of security.

Confirmed by the higher-ups this afternoon. Expect a statement (blast) from AMR within a couple of days. We had to wait longer than normal for a gate this morning at about 7 because "9 aircraft went A3 and I don't know why" (operations).

RUMOR has it that Eagle was specifically targeted because some TSA folks thought our airplanes weren't being secured overnight and they decided to prove it. I find this ironic since as far as I know, we are one of the very few airlines that actually have keys to lock cockpits up with at night.

More info to follow as it becomes available.

Youre absolutely correct. I confronted this TSA agent that walked through security with her water bottle and told her that she needs to discard it because it's more than 3oz of liquid. All six TSA agents didn't say **it, just evil looks. Im pretty sure I have a red target on my back....It's time to fight back!!!!

See what happens! They have power and need to be respected. They need police badges and new cop style uniforms....or wait they are already getting them.....its about to get worse.

Next week:

The TSA agency has decided to switch to black uniforms after several instances involving aircraft while wearing the new blue uniforms. The black unifroms are being distributed to give TSA a "new look" that demands authority unlike the now tainted blue and previous white uniforms. The TSA has planned multiple new uniforms for a continued "fresh face" after each humiliating event. After black comes red, brown, green, peach, copper, cream, sky blue, violet, yellow, gray, rose, tomato, banana, cherry, grape, watermelon then back to white again. The colors will the be rotated each time there's an occurance.

On a more serious note this should be a quick fix no? Also where do you draw the line? I mean who decides that breaking eight planes wasn't enough but nine would do?
