Exactly what the company wants. No longevity in the employee group to keep costs low.

It's unbelieveable how in this forum there's always people ready to tell you what to do, and few really to support. It's easy to give advise out when you're not in the persons shoes. Thanks to the ones that support. For the ones that are telling us to sit in our hands, just shush it . We are ready to blow out here....
A new contract won't come by itself, the company have been pushing it and they'll continue to push it as long as there are not consecuences.
Mesa is the best example on how a company can't treat their people like shiat and expect no consecuences on the long run. Mesa used to a big profitable regional operator and look at them now. Pinnacle thinks that they can treat their people like shiat and we always be efficient and profitable. We really need to start working on something here. A pin saying we are united........well, the company is going to laugh really hard on that one.

As I suggested before, how about starting with going tieless. No more ties, the whole pilot group. Or maybe custom made ties that say STRIKE NOW ! with big letters all across. How about a big arse sticker (the size of a flight kit) that says I AM "FATIGUED" OF THIS COMPANY, (or something that get's attention) I don't know if it's lame or not, I don't care, I just want to do something.

I sympathize with the Pinnacle group completely, but what I am hearing (and have been) is a lot of talk and no action. As long as you keep it safe (slowdowns, ect), that is good. But unless this is put out company wide do you REALLY thing that all 1300 or so pilots from pinnacle check this board daily or EVER? If anything I would say its a very small percentage. If anything it has to be LEGAL and SAFE. Just get the word out however you have to, but make sure you get a large consensus before you do something that you could potentially get fired over if only a few people do it.

That being said, keep working and you will get what you deserve......
