Any update on the Amr Eagle TSA Fiasco?
I was searching around and couldn't find any updates about what happened as a result of the TSA breaking American Eagle's A/C. Does anyone know? Did AMR appeal the fines? Did the TSA jerk get any disciplinary action taken against him?

that would be expensive for TSA (airline) as I beleive its written in the lease that hey have to be returned in at the least the condition they were given in. not to mention the FAA might have a problem with it.On the other side, I cant beleive there hasnt been any criminal charges for what this guy did. The TSA is just trying to cover their A$$ with this whole, " he was following normal guidlines for testing aircraft security" line they are trying to sell to the flying public.
