Does anyone know if the interview is any different with 121 experience? thanks

The difference is when they ask you if you have 121 experience you say yes.

I think everyone at the interview will have 121 experience. At least everyone did when I interviewed.

In my interview group, three of the seven had 121 experience. One gentlemen had 25 multi and most others had under 1000 total. Focus on the HR part as the written is general 121 info. Know your holds. Study general runway marking signs, TAFs/METARs, Jepp plates for the interview with the LCA and HR lady. Sim approach was ISP runway 6 ILS, slightly different than actual approved for nav copy. Be yourself and make sure they understand Mesaba is the place you want to be. Best of luck!

Are they still hiring? I am a furloughed CRJ guy and heard that there are no one left swimming anymore.
