I feel so sick...brothers and sisters in arms..gone just like that. Who knows where that girl could have gone...and now we'll never know...I don't know if anyone else caught it but the USAir guy asked tower if they knew what was going on...Imagine seeing a wreck like that while on approach. Terrible news..I can't sleep.

If you listen to the readback of the approach clearance, something sounds off in her voice. Anyone else notice that?

Yes, I heard it. Don't know if it was really anything or not. Did they not check in with tower? Is that tape more than approach?

Default Crew Initials

Crew initials deleted by USMC-SGT

I feel its best to leave out ANY names or initials until it is released. Those who work for CJC can go to crewtrac and use flight locator by crew. Please PM me if you have questions.

I can't get the ATC link to work...

Anyone have another link to the feed?

Anyone listening to this guy that witnessed the crash?

Sounded to me like she had just heard a joke and was fighting off a laugh. Everything seemed very normal.

The recording was Approach and Tower, it is scanning all the frequencies and stopping when someone starts talking, so if someone is talking on approach and tower you will only hear the one that started first.
