And when the crap hits the fan, I don't think the pax are in the back wondering if the crew up front has their hats.

Another important issue is low pay. Instead of addressing that, we're having to pay more - I have to go buy an $80 accessory. Don't get me wrong, I think we should look professional, but that is not the way to solve the issues at the regional level.

OLD thread i know... But does Skywest allow a softshell jacket i.e. northface style with their logo enbroidered on it?

Only in SEA and PDX when you are flying the Alaska system.
