At CPZ how many hours per month does a line holder have to fly? How many block hours does a reserve line consist of? Do these minimums vary based on flying or are they constant? How much is an 8 hour ready reserve day worth in terms of credit?

4 hours credit.
Nothing is constant in aviation except whatever your airlines monthly guarantee is...
