Hard to guess, but I would say 3-6 months max. They are supposed to hire 4-8 a month through August and then ramp it back up to 10-20 a month for the next round of flows. But everything can change in a split second.

Considering MSP is shrinking it could be longer than that. Just depends how much smaller it gets
