Negative. They have not been full. Half. Some weeks less than half. One week had one.

What's a full class? Eight a week?

10 is considered full. The list I saw had a bunch of tens for planned classes. It was printed 7/17. But actual show was half on average or less from mid June on from there. If I remember right.

The IBT is suing RAH for violating the status quo provisions both sides are supposed to be following during contract negotiations under the RLA. Beginning a new bonus or changing pay terms is not the status quo.
That being said, did ALPA agree with this bonus? Was there an LOA regarding it? Did the company violate any terms of our CBA by unilaterally offering a new hire bonus? These are questions I would love to hear from our MEC.
As a year 1 FO myself, I'm a little peeved to hear new hires are now gonna get a cool 10 g's while I struggle through year 1 pay again.

Edit: just got the MEC Hotline regarding this and their objection to it.
I certainly hope they don't just shake their fist in the air then curl their tails and walk away!

Easy answer. They can take away the 10k signing bonus as fast as they put it in effect. New pay rates require contract talks and can take awhile. And in the end we would probably end up loosing something for new pay rates.

Does Compass accept part 135 TPIC time for upgrade requirements, similar to TSA for new-hires?

I know the FAR's allow either 1000 hours pt121 SIC time and/or pt135 PIC time to satisfy the upgrade requirement.

Not sure if you looked into it, but most 135 time doesn't count towards the requirement. Assuming you know 135.243.a.1 but I've seen a lot of people at my airline who think they are good to upgrade and then are unpleasantly surprised after being awarded an upgrade. We had to change our upgrade policy because so many people messed this up. "pilot in command in operations under §91.1053(a)(2)(i) of this chapter, pilot in command in operations under §135.243(a)(1) of this chapter, or any combination thereof"

My 135 TPIC time does meet the full regulatory requirements outlined in the FARs you listed. With that said, is the answer yes, Compass would accept 135 TPIC towards upgrade?

Yes they would (have in the past). However, you probably have missed the quick upgrade and it won't matter much.
