With that kind of time and experience, you'd probably have a better QOL with a foreign contractor. Being on reserve in ORD would probably make you want to swing from a shower rod.

With all that experience why would you care about getting a type in the crj series. I think that line is on plenty of resumes out there.

I know someone who went there with like 190 hours....maybe CNN should research them and NOT Colgan!

and let me edit this....he only had student experience at a part 141 flight school...maybe the media should look into that as far as safety is concerned....

This is almost as pointless as the Acey 5450 thread.... can we all be professionals, please?

Scab? Has there been a strike at Go Jet? I am a United pilot, and because of an MEC chairman that chose to go behind the backs of the MEC, the express carriers are now allowed to fly 70 seaters. The one bone that he received in return was that our furloughed pilots could go to work at the express carriers at second year pay, in this case for $25K per year. This was negotiated by ALPA. Had he not signed the agreement, the 70 seaters wouldn't have gone to Express and I wouldn't have lost my job. The only interest that I have in going to Go Jet is to get the type rating which a friend of mine at Flight Safety has told me he can inexpensively get converted to a Challenger. Don't talk to me about scab's, you have no idea what the term means.

No one that goes to GoJets is a scab. Learn what the term means before you throw it out there and make yourself look ignorant.

When you finally grow up, you might actually learn something about the industry, let alone, the definition of the word.
