Scab? Has there been a strike at Go Jet? I am a United pilot, and because of an MEC chairman that chose to go behind the backs of the MEC, the express carriers are now allowed to fly 70 seaters. The one bone that he received in return was that our furloughed pilots could go to work at the express carriers at second year pay, in this case for $25K per year. This was negotiated by ALPA. Had he not signed the agreement, the 70 seaters wouldn't have gone to Express and I wouldn't have lost my job. The only interest that I have in going to Go Jet is to get the type rating which a friend of mine at Flight Safety has told me he can inexpensively get converted to a Challenger. Don't talk to me about scab's, you have no idea what the term means.
