Can someone paste or PM me the XJT contract. My guess is that there can always be improvement. Long call out reserve, more pay, 100% DH Pay, training pay, Block or better, scheduling, ect.

It's bait whether you intend it or not. But I'll bite anyways. No one can ever know which is the best regional, it all depends on the persons needs. If they were desperate, then I guess it would make it bad.

Our long call reserve is 12 hrs, Our pay even with concessions is still higher than mos regionals, We do get paid 100% DH, During training we Only receive Per Diem but they do pay for the hotel. We DO get block or better, we have an aggressive pick up window which is a great tool when you are one reserve. ECT.
