Fellow Pilots,
The official results of the TA ratification have been certified. 91.43% of Pinnacle pilots participated in the ballot of which 57.71% voted in opposition of the Tentative Agreement. The TA presented by the Pinnacle Master Executive Council has failed the pilot ratification vote.
After an arduous four and a half year negotiation process, Pinnacle pilots concluded that despite certain job security enhancements, work rule improvements, pay increases and a signing bonus, the overall agreement did not achieve an acceptable standard to warrant a yes vote. Work will begin immediately on collecting the necessary data to provide guidance to the MEC as we prepare to return to the negotiating table.
The MEC would like to thank the Pinnacle pilot group for their dedication and patience during this ratification process. More information will be forthcoming shortly as to how we proceed forward from this point in order to reach an acceptable agreement.

Well this drama just got a little bit more interesting. This is always a gamble, because you never know what the next offer might be. However, considering many things in this contract seem to be subpar and hardly better than some concessionary contracts out there, GOOD FOR YOU GUYS for standing firm after the last several years of BS.
