Default Republic First Officer's E190 Pay

New LOA reads as follows:

YEAR
1, $22.95
2, $30.88
3, $35.52
4, $36.62
5, $38.00
6, $40.00
7, $43.50
8, $45.50


Terms, conditions and waivers specified by this Letter of Agreement shall not be used to establish any precedence for any Article or provision of the CBA. Any lack of enforcement or applicability of the CBA, resulting from this Agreement, shall also not be used to establish any precedent.

Once signed by both parties, this Letter of Agreement will become effective on the date of signing and will run concurrently with the agreement. The parties hereto have signed this Letter of Agreement this ____ day of September 2009.

Wow- a new low. Top tier FO pay is less than 1st year at JB. I can't believe they signed this piece of garbage.

Wow that's just crazy. My question is this going to be part of the ratified contract they're negotiating or just interim? I could possibly see this as just something quick and dirty to get the 190s going and the serious negotiation will happen with the full contract possibly in line with the mergers.

But then again I'm an optimist.
