Mesa has too much debt. So anyone buying them would be commiting suicide.

Exactly. Sorry to disappoint, but buying Mesa would be the last thing Republic would do. Bedford has wanted his own Major airline since getting into the business, another regional would not fit into that bill.

Yes you guys are right. JO, Lotz and company have poisoned this airline. They've run it into the ground and have torn it to pieces.

Could have been a good thing. It had a lot of potential.

Their pay reflects a regional operation. It's time to change that RAH pilots. Please DEMAND what you are worth.

Correction. BB want's his own LCC in which he pays his pilots regional wages to fly 100+ seat airplanes. I hope and pray that RAH pilots derail his plans and DEMAND the wages they deserve.

For the sake of the industry, PLEASE don't let us down.

I hope you're right that we RAH pilots will stand in the breech and stop the madness. But it won't happen I'm afraid, most of the guys and gals are happy to have a job! Too many are scared.

There is NO time to be scared. RAH pilots have been tossed into a Lion's Den & are being forced to realize that you are now Major Airline pilots. BB & RAH have quickly changed you from Regional status to Major status, & many will now stay @ RAH for their career.

You as RAH pilots have a TON of work to do, because pay is not your only worry. You now have to be educated & concerned on things like retirement, work rules, long term disability benefits, etc. No junior manning can no longer be the highlight of your contract. There are a massive amount of things Legacy pilots have in their contracts that most Regional pilots don't even know about. Things like reserve pilots not be allowed to be flown past 85 hours a month, PBS not being allowed to schedule pilots past 80 hours a month, etc.

Lots of stuff to learn, as this may have become many RAH pilot's career airline.

I agree, Republic has a responsibility to support our profession so we are more than air-Bus Drivers. Get it?
