Doing what they do? You mean not giving half longevity like they said they would? And then 10 years from now when it's finally arbitrated (and if we win it) they're saying they won't give you retro pay? Seems somewhat familiar. The word on the street is that unless any more flying is secured there will be another round in March. How big or small it is depends on how many people bail between now and then.

I was more referring to making the whole process so time consuming and difficult, that it's not worth waiting around for. That's the first I've heard that the longevity part is not being honored which makes the entire idea fly out the window. Is that really happening to the first rounders?

Where did it say they would not give half the longevity?

The way I read it was ALPA and TSH have to formalize the agreement. It did say that if you were hired before the agreement was reached you wouldn't get back pay i.e. the 12-21 guys that had a 1-3 class date at GJ.

Has anyone emailed the union to request a interview date at a sister company and if so did you get a response from anyone?

I'm assuming the worst like with most everything that happens at TSA. How long will it take for an agreement to be reached? It could be months or longer.

It's a little different this time because almost everyone's lines are at minimum days off. However, I'm sure some guys are anyway. It's not a surprise there is no coverage anymore. I am not volunteering on rsv and I am working everyday now.
