dont go there unless you cant find anything else. i wasted five years of my life on that place hoping things would eventually turn around...and they never did. it got worse everyday there is no reason those imbeciles in management shouldnt/couldnt have won those Q400's that RAH got instead. there is zero potential for anything good to ever happen there. yes, it the greatest pilot group around. ill never disagree with that. the guys youd worth with are the best. but the guys youd work for are by far the worst. prepare to get furloughed multiple times.

In my situation right now I think it would help my career, any 121 experience would since I have none.
Many companies would not even interview me because of my recency of flight, I'm not working as a pilot and I can barely keep myself current, which I do but that is only a couple hours every 6 month.
The only companies that gave me the chance to interview knowing about my flight recency issue were Silver Airways and Trans States. The first one never called me back, it's been 2 months and no word.
I'm afraid I will have the same outcome with Trans States since everyone I know got an answer in no more than 2 or 3 days, and it's been more than a week now
I am doomed!!
