The problem is from 07 to 12 there are not a lot of people due to the hiring/furough cycle the company was going through. Some of them don't have the hours to upgrade so new hires from Comair with the appropriate amount of jet time will upgrade quickly. There are even rumors of street captains this summer.

Very tempting to apply! Is all of the new growth heading to IAD? And, is there a contract online anywhere? One poster talked about another thread with contract info, can't find it.

Anyone have a good idea of what second year take home would be? Upgrade progression for someone hired with 3200 TT, lots of multi, lots of PIC, but no turbine?
