Pretty much. The senior lines are gonna be ugly compared to what guys are used to. The middle of the road guys, it'll be slightly worse. Life will get marginally better for the reserves. (They're all on min days off anyways, and will be looking at less BS 16 hour days with 5.9 hr sits). Plus that 4 hour min credit takes the sting out of "day one: deadhead IAD-MDT and overnight".

What's the upgrade time at Trans States now? A few weeks ago it said 2011, but now it shows Sep 2006?
