They have run through everyone who wanted to transfer to ORD so they are displacing people now. I think they're still planning on 50ish crews there by October so I would expect 5-10 crews being displaced per month.

I'm in new hire training now and according to some people who came to talk to us, they have started to move everyone that was hired after April to ORD. My class of 6 were all assigned to ORD.

15 IAD Captains displaced to ORD and all the new hires are going there. No FOs yet.

If they want 50 by October and we are still hiring, doesn't seem like they will displace any guys in base. All new hires should end up in ord. But who knows after October where they want everyone.
