Probably as many as they have to in order to keep up with attrition. I doubt anyone can give an accurate number. In the past two weeks my seniority number has been going up about 2 per day.
I asked someone in the training department and the only information they have is that they will be scheduling classes until further notice.

Does anyone know how many have they been hiring out of each inverview group & what are the junior CRJ/E120 bases?
Thanks in advance.

You guys got to realize that NO ONE knows. SkyWest is competing for new flying and competing for our current flying. So much can change in so little time. SkyWest recruiting isn't going to come out and say we are going to hire 600 in the next year like Eagle's recruitment does, because they know they don't know how many to hire, They are told to hire then to stop.

CRJ: COS, MSP, ORD
EMB: FAT, PSP, LAX
FAT has been the junior base on the bro for a long time now. That doesn't fluctuate much. MSP and ORD kind of remain the two junior bases on the CRJ too. I haven't seen a ton of fluctuation between which bases are junior and which are senior since I've been here.

What are the chances of a new hire getting PHX as a base? If not how long would the wait be to hold approx? Thanks.

If you live in PHX your best bet would probably be to take the Brasilia where you'll hold a line the fastest in west coast bases.

Thanks for the response. So best chance for a commuter living in PHX would be to get LAX as new hire.
