Is that above or below the historical average?

30 is Normal for new hires. Ten is kind of low for transitions but I assume that's because they're going to need more people on the line in the summer and can't afford to run big classes. They had bigger transition classes in the fall and winter. My transition class was a class of 30.

It looks like the transition list is pretty small right now at least with people not seat locked from it at the moment.

Attrition for March was only about 10. But attrition from April 1st, or in the last ten days is 15 pilots. 1 retire, 1 QOL, 13 new hires at a SWA, United, Frontier Jetblue, Virgin and Delta. 4 new hires didnt pass the ground school, so subtract 4 from that class. Attrition is picking up.

How fast are the 175s coming onboard, is the pilot list expected to grow or are they retiring enough 200s to keep the same # of pilots--hiring for attrition?

Surprising 4 did not pass ground! I thought SKW still has a very thorough interview process. You would think those they pick will make it all the way!

How do you know the numbers and where they went? SAPA forum? Just curious. Thanks.
