Maybe, but non-votes are no longer counted as voting no. Only those who vote are counted.

That's sort of how the last pay vote went. It was a pay freeze and on the forums everyone was vocally against it. The vote showed that the actual majority of the company threw up their arms, said "whatever" and passed it though. The unofficial SAPA forum poll was about 75% No yet is passed easily.

If they just keep saying "well that's the way we've always done it," then they are going to ride themselves right out of business. You can't keep running the airline the same way you did in the 80's or 90's.
