Default Pinnacoloba Commuter Clause

Can someone please point me in the correct direction in the contract where this is written in stone? Got a feeling it may come in handy tomorrow.

Why not just leave tonight if it seems you are going to need it? Especially being on probation. Keep a low profile, its a part of commuting unfortunately and the commuter clause isnt something you can use all the time. I personally play it safe when commuting first year, do not want any reason to go do a carpet dance as unlikely as that is. It could also be that I get told to go back to work already... Havent figured it it out yet

where are you trying to commute to? if its dtw , admin is super cool about picking up hotels if there is going to be a snow event. call them today and aks. they may even give you a hotel if its just snow where you are leaving from. cant hurt to ask.

All the info is in our jcba, basically 2 chances to get to work, separate flights that will get you to work within decent time frame. As in not 5 mins prior to your report time.

Can be used twice in 12 months with out a red flag. More than that base manager can have you schedule a meeting with the commute team. (9e)

This is more or less the deal for 9 E

Does it say something about 5 minutes before report time? I think seasoned commuters will disagree with you about the definition of "ample"

No need to explain that to me, half the time I report via phone. Or wait till they call me, as I usually roll up minutes prior to show from a diferent terminal Then again I have been pretty lucky for the last year and half or so

25.60 is not a contract section, different formats of the document could have the appropriate information on a different page.

The section is 25.L.3
