Somebody is impatient. Hint: on the conference call they said nothing about CRJs coming offline in 2015 except 14 which is the United operation. Funny to hear CC trying to hide it in his voice.

Thanks for the replies to the US Air jumpseat question I had. The gate agent couldn't help me but their customer service kiosk did the trick and had me in the system. They said some of the gates have older computers that won't do our employee number so see them if it happens if that helps any other commuters out. Same response from the union so thanks again and carry on.

There's always rumors.

Like the 12 new crj900s from endeavor were getting, Detroit 200 base, being bought by United in Devember that's why Alex replaced Brad etc etc

Brad just mentioned a "base consolidation" in today's Jetstream.

How can you consolidate the CRJ side? You're not going to have AA crews based in ATL.

Sounds to me like there might be changes afoot in the ERJ, but on the CRJ it will just mean more deadheading and higher expenses. I guess it could be a 200 base in DTW but I don't think that fits any reasonable definition of consolidation.

When it's coming from Sheehan's memo, it's no longer a rumor. Hopefully UA likes the XRs enough in DEN to keep it open. Time will tell though.
