!st year FO pay $40/hr. 2nd year FO $53. Year 2 E190 CA $105. 12 year E190 CA $114 Lolz.

Not to mention the AA pilots will destroy them in the merger on career expectations alone. But at least it's illegal to staple now, lol.

How do you think we'd be treated if we screwed a critical part of our job repeatedly? Don't you love the double standard that no one in management is held accountable for anything and get to keep their jobs despite total incompetence? Yet we keep getting memos lecturing us for the company's poor performance.

A lot of it is not so much her, but the tools they give her to do that job, and the system in place that she uses. She doesn't set out to mess this up to **** us off. That said, figure out a better way. they never came out that way before, with every pilot in the companies current position and 10 prefs and we decipher the chart. Going line by line over 1700 pilots multiple bids is bound to lend itself to mess ups!
