You guys keep saying that the ERJ side if the house kept delaying this contract and that's why you are loosing flying and haven't been able to land new flying... But look around, Mesa is I contract negotiations and got new flying, Republic is I contract negotiations and got new flying and SKW who doesn't have EJets in their pay and is asking the pilots to work with he company (concessions) got flying awarded. Meanwhile companies that have gotten new contracts have been asked for concessions shortly after. PSA, Eagle and Pinnacle.

I can't believe you kids are still at each others' throats. We have an AIP that none of you have seen any details, and you can't help but fight with each other. We are one happy family now. Get over it and get off the computer and enjoy your lives.

I'm hearing that management stormed in and told the MECs that if they didn't TA/ratify this agreement, 66 CRJ-200s/660 pilots are on the street. Apparently the entire ASA MEC cowered in fear but only 3 of the XJT reps voted yes. AIP reached. No paycuts, 1% raises, with no signing bonus (!). Everything previously discussed conceded on the XJT side, minor reserve improvements for ASA, and vacay low still exists, but only for 1 month, not both when vacation straddles months. IPs apparently get a large bump.
Apparently management also threatened to transfer flying to SkyWest. Again.

I'll bite anyhow. In case you haven't heard, RA has been blabbing for months now that Delta plans to park some 150 50 seat airplanes as soon as they possibly can.
And I don't think it will hurt the bottom line of SkyWest Inc. if the XJT division shrinks, considering they released numbers just last week that would claim the SkyWest Airlines division is propping up the company all on its own. Not that I believe those numbers at face value...

Well at SkyWest for December on the RJ there are three reserve lines in Denver and zero for Palm Springs. Management knows we cannot handle anymore flying at this staffing level.

What I do believe is correct is that legacy XJT gave more concessions. Must not be too bad though if their reps approved it. I hope to see some reserve improvements. Its been brutal on the CRJ side. It would be nice to have a "call me first/last" option.
Can't wait to see the details of this agreement. Until then I'll keep an open mind.

How in the world could flying be transferred to SKW anyway? Where are the pilots to handle that? Scare tactics. Anybody read the news blurb on XJT.com this morning? Another scare tactic...
Im really hoping for the rumor that "if this TA gets voted down that management will just merge all three groups"
No Concessions!!!
