Not me. At this point, my time off is worth more than 200% pay.

Dealing with more incompetence in Atlanta. We won't be in business much longer with this lack of leadership. We aren't going to get cheaper without keeping roughly the same number of planes flying and we aren't bidding for replacements, we aren't staffing with any foresight, we aren't giving scheduling what they need to operate, everything from mid-level management is incorrect and takes 4 revisions before it is correct, and 117 is going to crush the soul of this company. Bad decision after bad decision and we are left with this horrible TA to keep the company on life support. For what? So Brad Holt and team can suck down another bonus?

C'mon, per the company, Pt. 117 is just going to require a "new staffing model"
"new staffing model"= "Agree" to minimum days off in TA then see month after month of minimum days off at ALL levels of bidding seniority, well at least having no staffing will make bidding easier, right? Then days are rolled during scheduling armageddon months. Going forward picture these armageddon events happening about every month except September (every other year) then FAR minimum days off when all the unforeseen staffing issues cause mass cancels and we'll get back to you on when you get those back. There is our "new staffing model."

Captain Tony you were absolutely right about January being a cluster. Meltdown doesn't even describe the mess out here
