Why would anyone want to run here to work? There's no future here and we are treated like dirt by management. I've seen management terminate and discipline pilots over medical issues. I won't be specific on a public forum.
The ones who seem to be very happy here are the fairly junior pilots. Many of us are looking to bolt as soon as we can.
This is not the same place I went to work for 12 years ago.
The pilots are constantly told we are too expensive and we are the cause of not being able to obtain growth.
I can't imagine anyone wanting to come here so badly knowing that next year, the operation may begin a wind down. The planes are getting older and breaking more. The owners are getting older and not sure how much longer they want to do this.
So, do you come here with no known future? Or do you find an airline that has a future and a plan beyond 2015?
It's a no brainer.

This is my third carrier. And they're all the same to me. What would make it any different? It's a job. I come in, do it and then go home. I may not be in the situation I wish to be in, but it's still a paycheck for now until I can find something else. So while I'm here, I'll do the job they pay me to do.
Besides, if you hate it here that much, why stay here for 12 years? I'm certain between 2002-2014 there were other opportunities you could have explored.
If you hate it that much, nobody forced you to stay.
