I'm seeing some positive and more negative about Seaborne on here. Can anyone give some more specifics on why they would not suggest working for them? Also could anyone that is currently or recently employed by them weigh in?
I'm a student at university right now but am interested in working in the USVI and I want to see if I should aim towards seaborne or find something different.

I have an inexpensive furnished room for rent in a three bedroom two bath condo in Isla verde. My self and another pilot are currently living there. I own the place and commute to the states so I'm gone about half the month. One block to the beach, next to the airport bus stop, and walking distance to everything you'd need. No problem for short term lease. PM me for more info.

Do your research about Seaborne and see what they did a few years back. The islands are expensive and Seaborne will not think twice about letting you go. They are short because they screwed a lot of people previously. A number of other SAAB operators to go to in the USA.

From a former employee- I would be hesitant about a place that's desperate for people the way they are. If a CPT leaves to be a regional FO because being a regional FO is better job security, that should raise some flags
