It's funny how the "severe industry wide pilot shortage" isn't affecting the airlines that pay well.

Almost all Regional Airlines are having difficulty filling classes because they do not pay well. I don't think that the Legacies will see a shortage for at least several years.

Mesa isn't having a problem, they actually have classes full for 6 months in advance!
