A flow thru means nothing. I went to Mesaba with the promise of a flow thru to Northwest that got shut down fast.
They can't give everyone a flow due to the SSP what are they going to say sorry you failed the interview process here at Delta but here's a flow thru congratulations.
The one thing they need to do is pay people it's the reason you go to work to make money and pay bills. It's the one thing that Delta does not want to do. Instead they offer carrots on a stick to keep the cart going.
If they paid pilots what they are worth there would be no staffing problems.
