Right, "you'd bet". More hard numbers from you, and I thank you. No point in using math and contractual language. You'd bet, and that's good enough for me.

Who would go to XJet if they're parking planes?

Those who have learned that the regional industry changes constantly. It's more fluid than water. When I started just over three years ago it was vastly different and everyone posted the same advice.

Sorry man as a fellow XJT employee I want to side with you but I am a year 2 FO and make 2400 a month (net) and can't hold the short call reserve I want let alone in the base I would like. Not defending PSA just saying maybe pick a different thing to go after them on.

Care to share your post tax, with per diem take home each year at psa, and hours flown per year?

Id have to do way too much digging, plus I was an fo under the old contract. Maybe one of our newer guys who have higher fo rates and got to use sap as fos could shed some light.

I will be in the July 21st new hire class at PSA. Any PSA pilots or new hires have any study material/power points that they can share? It would be greatly appreciated. I've received the limitations packet and I have been reading the CRJ 200 manual to get somewhat of a foundation for initial training. I'd like to be well prepared when going into training, so any recommendations for studying and/or documents/powerpoints would be appreciated.

No I do not want to hear any flaming/bashing.

Thanks
I'd recommend this book. Available on Amazon, with great reviews.

Second year pay. Take home 2800 a month. Not including any per diem.

Per diem is not income.

$33,600 not including any perdiem on 2nd year fo pay. You bottom feeder you. What was it with perdiem? Btw that is way too low for airline pilots to be earning, yes we get that. But it's comparable to other regionals is the point.
