Don't know. But flow was only for pre-TSH hires.

Compass is just a regional now. With the AA flying they got I see Delta beginning to treat them like they do all of their other DCI carriers- like garbage.
Compass very much still has a flow, for pilots hired before 8/2010.

Not only does Compass still have flow, the language in the flow agreement is far stronger than anything in the EtD agreement. The compass flow isn't going anywhere. The interview for pilots hired after 8/2010 is unknown.

This is how it works for mainline. If you fail the interview, they will tell you that you can re-apply in a year or that you are done forever. It just depends on how badly you screw the pooch in the face to face.

Not sure how the EtD is structured. However, I don't see how it can be a full up Delta interview if it's Endeavor pilots and HR conducting the interviews and not Delta pilots and mainline HR.

I think what he was alluding to is that new hires at Compass do not get the flow. Once the last eligible pilot flows, it's no more.

Thanks for the response. I can understand screwing up an approach in the sim or something like that, but if you just give a lackluster HR interview, is that still a "try again in a year" sort of thing, or is it solely reserved for making tangible factual or simulator mistakes?

In the past it was if you failed the interview, or failed the psych exam, you were done. There used to be no indication of why you did not get hired.

Hence the warning, your Delta fate will be determined by Endeavor HR.

I'm just asking about the legacy interview process.

Lol this is really gonna burn some people asses who got turned down for endeavor and thus written off at delta when, in a few years, the EtD agreement gets canceled before ANYONE flows through.

I cannot say enough what a putrid deal this EtD thing is for pilots
