Default Warning about Endeavor to Delta (ETD)

If you fail it, you are done with Delta FOREVER, and so far, the failure rate is very high. Two out of every three, fail.

At least you find out if you are "Delta material" BEFORE you waste a decade or more of your life at the regionals.

Gamble your career away to fly for Endeavor? No thanks, I'll just bet this month's check on black at the roulette wheel.

All Delta interview policies are in effect for the EtD, unless they tell you, you can re-interview, you're done.

BTW, didn't you say a class of 60 was starting this month, and 20 we're hired 3 weeks ago. That class in July had only 2 new hires in it, and so far 5 have made it through the EtD.

It's true. That was part of the language when it was announced to the pilot group. You are not really interviewing for Endeavor, the interview is a Delta interview, and if you're successful, you go to Endeavor until such time as you meet the EtD qualifications to go to Delta.

What ARE the etd quals to go to Delta? What makes Etd better or worse than flowthrough with compass? How is it different or similar to Compass?

Wait wait, the presence of that ambiguous comma is very important. You cannot interview ever again? That's the normal policy too, if you don't get hired following an interview you will never ever work for Delta?

Compass doesn't have a flow.

Compass is just a regional now. With the AA flying they got I see Delta beginning to treat them like they do all of their other DCI carriers- like garbage.

Compass pilots hired today still get an interview guarantee at Delta, has this changed with the AA deal?
