I never said who I worked for and besides every man should do whatever is best for him and his situation. This industry was screwed up long before you and I got into it and will be screwed up long after we are gone. Most of the regional operators that are around now never imagined themselves as big as they are now 15 -20 years ago. Couldn't and didnt handle growth and compensation properly and it snowballed into the cluster we have today. To constantly blame people today for mistakes that have been years in the making is insane to me.

I worked at PSA. I left for Compass. Both are good companies and I liked the guys at PSA. The procedures at PSA are drastically more complicated than compass. I think as a whole compass runs a tighter ship but PSA offers great incentives for recruitment and the crew bases aren't too shabby. Getting your own room paid for by the company goes a long ways, but getting hired to delta's standard with a 12 month upgrade works well too.
