I never said who I worked for and besides every man should do whatever is best for him and his situation. This industry was screwed up long before you and I got into it and will be screwed up long after we are gone. Most of the regional operators that are around now never imagined themselves as big as they are now 15 -20 years ago. Couldn't and didnt handle growth and compensation properly and it snowballed into the cluster we have today. To constantly blame people today for mistakes that have been years in the making is insane to me.

Yes, we have to move forward. What is done is done. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity PSA has given me. And it has been a real pleasure to work with them.

There are many philosophies that address making things better when you leave than it was when started. There are some that deal with "I gotta get mine everyone else be darned." One such, while not 100% accurate, is the root cause behind "Tragedy of the Commons." They don't call it that because it's a positive thing.

Hi PSA pilots. Would someone correct these rates if they are wrong, or verify if correct? I'm trying to make my project as tight as possible - THANKS! Regionals at a glance

FO: STARTING YEAR 1 ( 24 34 37 39 40 40 41 41 41 41 41 41 )

CA STARTING YEAR 2 ( 64 65 69 71 73 75 77 80 82 84 87 90 92 94 95 97 99 99 99 )

401K: 100% matching: yrs 1-5: 2.5% yrs 5-7: 4.0% yrs 7-10: 6.5% yrs 10> 9.5%

The rates are correct but are capped at 12yr step for CA and 4yr for FO. 401K looks good

I worked at PSA. I left for Compass. Both are good companies and I liked the guys at PSA. The procedures at PSA are drastically more complicated than compass. I think as a whole compass runs a tighter ship but PSA offers great incentives for recruitment and the crew bases aren't too shabby. Getting your own room paid for by the company goes a long ways, but getting hired to delta's standard with a 12 month upgrade works well too.

I have a friend in class at Psa right now .He flew for a different regional before joining Psa and he told me the exact same thing.Their procedures are way too complicated and Confusing,3 or 4 takeoff briefings before you get to the runway, confusing checklist and procedures, just overkill for a crj.Their w & b is an absolute nightmare he said. A few guys are thinking about bailing he said.
