As a new pilot with no experience, your 2 year upgrade is precisely what I am looking for. I am interested in being put in charge of 75 peoples lives ASAP. I hear PSA has a great reputation among regionals and that your contract is industry leading. Can you expand on that a little? How much per hour does PSA charge to fly the big 175?

A pilot hired today would most likely not see a less than 2 year upgrade unless we get more acft. 3 Years is probably a safer bet.
That being said PSA is a good place to be right now. If you can stomach the 12/4(which shouldn't come in to play for a new hire at this time) our contract has some pretty good stuff in it, specifically for time off and soft pay.
It's interesting to get some perspective from Comair guys. We have quite a few of them. They used to have "the best" contract and most of them will tell you it's not all that bad over here.
As far as the quoted post, we don't fly 175s. This is the typical uninformed "I hate PSA because I've been told to hate PSA" post. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. If you cannot have a constructive conversation about PSA, or ask a related question please keep it to yourself.

His nonsense is exactly the type of post that gets every thread on this site derailed and eventually closed.

Yes. I saw that. I just refuse to get into any "you guys ruined the industry" conversations on here. I would assume the ones that are posting those kind of things really don't know the history of the Regionals. I have lived it, and that train left the station long ago. It is what it is.

Meh, the 12/4 won't affect us. Who cares about those guys who haven't entered the industry yet.
