The useful Envoy thread
I'm usually one of the, "let the union boys do their thing" crowd, but with the announcement of yet another record breaking quarter, an announcement of some good news better come soon. If it doesn't we are blowing another perfectly good opportunity to drum up support for our cause. Informational picketing needs to be done and we need to strike while the iron is hot.

Everyone's getting their panties in a bunch. They've already said what they are going to do.
Get the information.
See if a way forward can be put together out of that information.
Start putting an agreement together.
They're barely past step one, chill out everyone.

I highly doubt the union would even be talking with these guys if the opener was "20 airplanes"...Source or no source that sounds like total BS to me.

Alot of you got pretty p*ssy about it too, but let's see what happens. I hope none of you had your hopes up too high. I hope there is more to their offering.

With the FAA "re-examining" the ATP rule, that's going to play into it too. It'll be much easier for them to outsource more flying when they drop the 1500 hr requirement. Which you know they will.
