I am around 700 seniority according to the latest senority list. There are only 247 guys that are scheduled to flow inbetween me, and the most junior guy that was awarded this past flow. Envoy will have atleast +400 lifers. tifwiw

The pilots who will flow to AA next week are around the 320 ish range in seniority at Envoy. So lets assume that 325 pilots are lifers.
Of that top 320, 45 are inactive, 6 are managers, 30 are full time instructors. Not having the exact numbers but Envoy has between 220-240 "lifers" flying the line. Currently Envoy has around 2200 active line pilots, so that is a whopping 10% of the SL as "lifers" flying the line. The pilots flowing today are on pay step 16. With the minimum being sent, in 3 years when the 40th E-175 would have been on property the captains flowing would be at step 12, and 45 of the "Lifers" would have retired. The current flow take rate is around 85%.

The latest seniority list just came out. It is just as accurate as flow plan numbers are. The 824 list only shows those pilots who qualify for the 824. There are a lot of guys who were issue AA numbers but chose not to flow. They and senior FOs will not be seen on the 824 list.

I'm just below that. On the actuall list of 824 that you can look at. I counted from the last selected to where I sit. At the current rate of acceptance I'm about 7-8 month from selection. So you're probably not much further behind based on 20 a month FWIW.

The "824" (I guess a reference to the flows correct?) receive AA new hire numbers when they arrive on property correct? IE are these guys getting new DOH, or were they given DOH years ago on the AA list?
What's the difference between those 824 and the rest of the folks hired up until 2011 when the flow was still active? I've heard after 2011 it's an interview, not a flow, is that correct?

The shrinking of eagle envoy was planned a long time ago. From a business point why as management would I be willing to displace pilots with all that cost when I can just wait it out and get as many to leave or flow.
20 a month to aa is 2 emb's parked per month whish is what the average has been. So this concession contract negotiation Doug wants Is smoke and mirrors.
They could have placed e175 here with the first 4 years at crj pay rates then negotiate a pay scale later to be equal to others but aag chose not to. Our cost are not much different than the non owned feeders but those numbers no one will see. So it is a poker game either anti up or fold. Aag is betting on the pilots to fold and that has not happened and they are ****ed.

At 20 flows a month, I'm 13 months out. But this includes 20 guys who have not choose accept when offer. There are currently 38 guys senior to me but junior to last accept guy on the 824 list. I figure 20 or so will accept when their time comes around.

After 2011, I have no idea, someone else will have to chime in. I'm not up to speed.
