If they like their next offer to pass without waisting more time and money they will need to increase the flow to first 40-50 AA new hires from Envoy and 20,000 signing bonus. Nothing less. Period.

I can assure you it won't be that. Cut it to something like 30 flows at best and 10k. 2 separate payments, not lump sum.
