I just hope it happens so we can avoid the vests on walk-arounds.

The contract extension is AWAC's choice to exersize. Because AWAC loaned money in 2008 and met benchmarks they can extend to 2017..it's not American's call.

AWAC is currently deciding how they want to use the extension. If the DL flying is a reality...it will be interesting to see how the extension is used.

AA doesn't want them anymore, they have their own el cheapo place (PSA) they can place them, and AWAC is taking a pretty big hit to the bottom line if they use the extension.

DAL is also losing a lot of 50's, the CHQ and PCL airframes to name a view. I'd be surprised if it's additional growth at this point however.

Seems like it would just be a lot easier to throw them on the ASA side of the house.

Who in the current DCI mix has 200's that also has the staffing for more? Obviously, 9E doesn't make that list. Unsure about the rest as I don't work for any of em and it would be speculation at best.
The next question is can AWAC staff more 200's easily? Not sure how hiring is going over there.

Air Wisconsin flight attendants just finalized an agreement to jumpseat on Delta Connection flights....

Just saying.

This, they were supposedly #1 in line if we voted down the concessions to take over as we were shut down. Now it appears that they are #1 as we wind down because of the concessions....

Whats the chances that Delta gets Endeavor down to 81 airplanes (after using Endeavor to dump CRJ200's to comply with the Delta pilots agreement) and then Delta wants to sell the Endeavor 81 CR9 operation to the highest bidder and cash in. Maybe Air Wisconsin and Delta already have an agreement on such a purchase that might also include the 30 options that I'm guessing will be announced as firm orders right around the time that Endeavor receives the last hull from the current order.

What would such transaction mean for the SSP and ETD program?

Your first question I don't have an answer. I do know that we are slightly above normal staffing (950ish pilots), and management wants to hire 100 before the year is over. Which seems next to impossible.
