I am continually surprised by how many new pilots to the industry literally know NOTHING about it. Do your research.

How about if one lives close to one of their bases?
Commuting, especially to reserve, sucks!
Also how do come to the conclusion a person is new?
Thanks anyways!

Their last new hire class had 0, as in no one. You need 3,500 hours at the company to upgrade or 4500 total. Their contract is up with Delta well before you would upgrade. Their CBA is either the worst or second to worst. Commuting to work sucks, but doing it after you waste a year there sucks more. Honestly you wont move up the seniority list for a long time because it will take a while for them to find someone to hire after you.
