AAG $4 Billion profit

Billy I know you are pretty thick skinned so I know you wont take this the wrong way, but when you go to AA as a flow, do you feel there will be a since of accomplishment or just kind of a non event? For the flow there is no real interview or standards of AA's you have to pass right?
As for standards We (WO'ed) pilots are already flying AAG passengers right? So I'd say the standard has been set don't you think?
We can't put flying an airplane up with being a Nerosurgeon. Going from a Dash 8 to an Airbus isn't really stepping up your flying game it's more like stepping up your cockpit management skills. While I do have a 4 year degree this Flow has helped many of our guys that didn't complete that. Does a degree make them less of a pilot??? I don't think so.
And no we don't interview we just take a pee test and show up for our class date.

Okay, every regional(I didn't single out Republic at your request)!
Every concession anywhere(PDT,PSA,Endeavor), makes it that much more difficult to make improvements at every other regional.

Ahem, where is Envoy in your list of concession takers? Record profits or not, no one group is going to take a death sentence just for the theoretical common good. The common good doesn't direct deposit into my bank account sorry. It is what it is....

My buddy went to Mesa and will upgrade probably in a year or two. I'll be at 5th or 6th year pay at Envoy by then. He will be paid more than me. I would rather be in my shoes at that point though.
Pay isnt the only important thing.

I'm fairly glad it passed. In a couple weeks I'll go from $40 to $112 almost tripling my pay .
How long were you at Piedmont? I bet this will have an impact on the amount of people flowing, and they'll have to re-run their calculations again.
Lots of guys at Eagle bypassed because of the low starting pay.
