Do you mean interview? You can't go to training with less than the amount of hours you need (Assuming you have the R-ATP mins for 1000 hours) However, if you are fairly close to having the required time they will let you interview and you pick a date at which you will have the time.

Yea I meant actually go into training with less than 1,000 (with the R-ATP requirements). I know I can interview with 900, but I was talking with some XJ folks who told me they let people come in with 950 or so hours and give them the additional time in training with the sims, so I was just wondering if Endeavor did the same. Thanks again!
