Oh Hay, it's that guy who likes to make up stuff about another regional so maybe people will go to work for his regional.

The rumor mill in whatever middle school you graduated from misses you.

You have never once backed up any of your ridiculous claims with numbers/facts/press releases etc. You've been at it for months and have been wrong Every. Single. Time.

Why such a grudge against PSA? You don't even work for eagle.

Move along tiger.

We currently have 76 airplanes, and have over 1200 pilots on the list. At 10.5 per airplane, and another 150 in the training/management/leave column, we currently have enough pilots for 100 airplanes. Staffing is NOT the issue at this time. There are currently over 250 pilots on property and in the training pipeline right now, with another 4 classes full that will be starting in the next 8 weeks.

Staffing is NOT an issue. The problem right now is upgrade time to captain. Street captains could fix this issue in a couple months.

There are actual problems, but this isn't one. Try again.

You're a Compass pilot. How I see it, you're unsuccessfully attempting to discourage prospective PSA new-hires.

I wouldn't recommend coming to PSA for a lot of reasons. Mostly QOL.. But this isn't one.

Hows the retention of those pilots though? Guys lining up to show up to class is one thing but if the net gain of pilots is not enough to keep up, there could be staffing problems. Im talking about guys leaving for other locations, not training washout as you will have people claim either training pass rate is high and others that it is low.
