The current training backlog would disappear, and the need for street captains would be removed, while still allowing a relatively fast(in relation to other regionals) upgrade. The LCA crisis would also be eliminated.

With this fleet size we'd probably need around 1400 pilots. Since we already have 1200 it would put less pressure on HR to fill every class and most likely get us a significantly better flow provision than what we have right now.

I'd argue that the parking of the 200s would be a very, very good thing for the PSA pilot group, and future PSA pilots that are not here yet. So......AAG, please park our PoS, hot, slow, weight and climb restricted, dirty, worn out, inefficient 200s.
I agree. Park em all tomorrow and expedite the 700s and 900s on property so we can all get pay raises and a larger flow. We still have options for 16 more 900s that could be exercised.

That was Mesa buying those 900s themselves, AA still has 16 900s they could buy as part of the original order.

And let's not forget about that $12,500 bribe accepted by the (70%) majority of Envoy pilots,........ while taking the opportunity to cement their paved (and expedited) path to mainline,....... and while reinforcing the whipsaw that they blame on PSA pilots,....... and while leaving a turd of a contract in place for those who will remain at Envoy a little (or a lot) longer.

The word "hypocrite" come to mind when I think of the majority (70%) of Envoy pilots. But hey, you gotta save your job, emmiright?

I think American is scoped out on RJs. American/Usariways has a lot more 50 seater and 60-80 seater RJs than Delta and United.

AA still has room for more 76 seat RJs but I agree they have the worst scope of any legacy.......for now.

If you have the exact scope language, post it.

I know Delta is limited to 450 total RJs including 125 50-seaters, 102 70-seaters and 223 76-seaters. Delta's language is simple and has mainline fleet number requirements.

United's scope is similar to Delta's with more complex language and less restrictions on 50-seaters.

American/usairways has 600+ RJs right now.

Hey you dont get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.

PSA negotiated crap for airplanes and interviews. We got the same crap but with "bribe money" which was owned to us from our BK contract, we just got it before 2016 amendment round (Around $33 millions back from the concessions). Also better flow +the airplanes. Now better commuting policies, hotels if you get stuck in base, 4 hotels a month for commuting, 150% for Ot and 200% for critical ot.

But hey the SAP and Critical Pay was the best thing for PSA (how's that grievance going?) . Also all the new jets +envoy CR7 + fast upgrade.

Now you guys are whining about the 20yrs it's going to take for a new hire to get into AA. How PSA is understaffed and how training department can't keep with the bubble. We told you so, we also told you guys to keep the line and that if every regional fight together things would be better.

While XJet, RAH and Envoy kept the line, PSA where salivating for planes, flows and upgrades.

So don't expect to be the first backstabbers without being backstabbed by your fellow WO groups (PDT & Envoy). PSA is a management dreams...

You continue to find excuses everywhere except the PSA pilot group for this situation. First its Mesa, then its ALPA national, then its AAG.

What PSA did to Envoy will never be forgotten, nor it will be forgiven by the majority of pilots in the industry. But with your MEC making bone headed statements day after day, PSA will continued to be despised throughout the industry.

Now go back to your mommy and eat your balanced breakfast of fruit loops and koolaid.
Lol. Remember an outfit known as GoJet? No you don't. Memories in this industry are very short.
